Maximus has been operating the Ohio Work Experience and Propel Cuyahoga Program under a contract with Cuyahoga County Job and Family Services since 2015. Our years of experience in managing CJFS programs has supported our deep understanding of the diverse cultures and communities that we serve.  We have established operational efficiency at all service levels that exceed contract requirements and undertaken a concerted effort to know the community, culture, and spirit as well as its hiring and social service needs.
